Erik Crago

Erik Crago is President and CEO and one of the original co-founders of Port City Web. With 14 years experience in the industry, he has a deep knowledge of the business of web sites - web hosting, design and development, ecommerce, and online advertising. Prior to Port City Web, Erik managed the ecommerce website and online marketing for Revit Technology, a venture backed company that was acquired by Autodesk (NASDAQ: ADSK) in April, 2001 for $133 million. Prior to Revit, Erik worked for Bentley College and Opus Telecom. Erik holds a Bachelors Degree from Salem State College and has taken Graduate programs in Information Technology from WPI. He is also a member of the eCoast Technology Roundtable, a founder of the Portsmouth Wi-Fi project, and was awarded the 2006 Volunteer of the Year by the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly Ward

Prior to Port City Web, Kelly held the position of Creative Lead of MicroArts. She brings an eclectic mix of skills and experience to Port City Web, ranging from development and design to Flash and digital photography.

Her forward thinking and dedication to her work has satisfied numerous clients over the years. When she isn't designing or taking pictures, Kelly can be found at New England Dragway in Epping drag racing her modified Camaro.

Lisa Crago
Quality Assurance Director

Lisa Crago is a Quality Assurance professional who helps businesses implement and improve Quality Systems. Prior to joining Port City Web, Lisa spent 12 years in the biotechnology industry creating business solutions to meet the quality standards of the organization and governing regulatory agencies.

Lisa's quality leadership and project management experience have raised the bar on the level of service provided to our clients. She also has previous training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma which ensures a systematic and efficient approach to creating business solutions. Lisa also holds a Bachelors Degree from The University of New Hampshire.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, running, kayaking and wine tasting.

Judy King
Sales Manager

Judy leads up the Sales department, answering questions for potential customers in order to qualify customer project needs and determine how Port City Web can best structure a solution. She is the main point of contact for all new project inquiries as well as B2B relationship possibilities.

Prior to working with Port City Web, Judy had worked in multiple software companies, both as an employee and as a consultant. Her primary roles within these companies involved Sales Account and Partnership development positions. As a general background, she has a BS in Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Babson College.

For fun, she enjoys many outdoor activities, such as sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking and swimming. Also, she enjoys traveling for adventure vacations and spending as much time on lakes and the ocean as possible.
