About Born & Bicknell/Challenge:
Born and Bicknell is a national physician recruitment and staffing company based out of Florida. Born and Bicknell needed to improve their company brand and attract more physicians, hospitals and doctor offices though a better website. Port City Web worked with a Boston-based Advertising Agency on the design of the website.

PCW Solution:

• Worked with designer at the Ad Agency to adhere to current web standards
• Developed interactive tools to display job listings, allow physicians to search, sort, compare, and apply for positions online
• Created a custom web-based Intranet and database for in-house and remote staff to maintain all aspects of work related to company needs
• Integrated in-house database with external website database so that both the Intranet and website have the most current job listings and applicants
• Consulted on best practices for IT needs in corporate headquarters
